Every Thursday Evening

A warm welcome awaits you at our Thursday evening classes at Hampden Park Community Centre, Eastbourne.
Complete beginners are welcome every week, there's no need to bring a partner as we all dance with each other - that's the beauty of social dancing. Doors open at 8pm.

Class 8.30 - 9.15pm

The first few minutes cover basic techniques and how to start the dance. This is for everyone who has never been to a Sugar Step class before and it is advisable to continue attending until you feel confident.
The lesson builds on those simple fundamentals. Learn how to make little changes to the basic steps to create interesting little variations and routines for freestyle dancing.

Social dancing 9.15 - 10.00pm

Only £8 per person (reducing to £6 after 10 weeks)
